What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 flags — enough for one forecourt or a first event — with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.

How fast will my flags arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished flags ship in about 2 weeks — double-sided blockout builds add a couple of days because each face is printed separately.

Which height should I order?

3.4m is the all-round default. 2.4m suits indoors and shopfronts, 4.2m and 5m are for forecourts and roadside where the flag has to clear parked cars. Mixing heights on one order costs nothing extra.

Single-sided or double-sided?

Accepted Answer

Single-sided mirrors on the reverse at about eighty per cent strength, which is fine for a symmetrical logo. If the artwork has text and traffic passes both ways, order double-sided with a blockout liner so both faces read correctly.

Will the flags survive wind?

The fabric and the fibreglass sections are built to flex and recover, and a swivel base lets the whole assembly turn downwind. What kills flags is a base that cannot rotate, or too little ballast for the height — tell us the surface and we will specify both.

Question 6

Do the flags fade?

Accepted Answer

Dye sublimation puts the ink inside the fibre, so it holds colour far longer than a surface print. In full sun on a permanent site, expect a noticeable shift after roughly nine to twelve months; sheltered sites go considerably longer.

Do you redraw logos?

Yes, free. Send whatever file you have and our design team rebuilds it as clean vector art, then shows it on the actual flag outline — which is where most artwork gets repositioned, because the curve eats the corners.

Question 8

Can I wash a flag?

Accepted Answer

Cold hand wash and drip dry. Do not tumble dry or iron the printed face — the polyester is heat-set, and the heat that put the ink in can just as easily pull the shape out of it.
