Custom Teardrop Flags

The teardrop is the shape to order when the flag has to work on a windless day. The pole runs down the leading edge and the fabric is tensioned back to a fixed point, so the outline stays taut and the artwork stays readable whether or not anything is moving.

That makes it the better choice indoors, in courtyards, and anywhere sheltered by buildings — exactly the places a feather flag hangs limp. It is also the more disciplined shape for a logo that has to be recognised rather than merely noticed.

Printing is identical to our feather flags: full-colour dye sublimation on knitted polyester, overlocked edges, and a sewn sleeve. The usable print area is shorter and wider than a feather flag, so we redraw artwork to suit rather than squeezing the same file into a different outline.
